Notes from the Munich Seminar, May 23-24, 1998

Saturday Morning

Gavin took the floor and gave a talk. He introduced himself as part of a team called "the elements," a group of men trained by Carlos Castaneda. Additionally, he said, there are teams of women called "The Energy Trackers" trained by each of the three witches.

Gavin is also part of a team called "Consciousness through Harmony" with Daien Donner (formerly Darien Alexander). Working in a pair allows them to have much more energy than they would working alone. He announced that the purpose of the seminar was: to move the wheel of time.

Time, for shamans, is not something abstract; it is something that can be touched and moved. Instead of looking at the past, one can look at the future as it unfolds.

He said that the universe is composed of an infinite number of energy field fibers. Although they leap in all directions, each one is separate from the others.

He added that a practitioner can learn many movements very quickly in a seminar, due to the mass effect. But how long does the practitioner remember these movements after the seminar? It depends on their intent. If the interest was superficial, they will forget them very soon.

He also said that everyone is responsible for their relationship with the infinite; their journey towards infinity is their own matter.

Saturday Afternoon - Daien Donner

She talked about recapitulation. It is important, she said, at the end of the day, to look back and see what was done, what was said. Recapitulating at the end of the day will help us with the main recapitulation.

It is easy to be impeccable when you are alone and practicing tensegrity with the help of the book, or recapitulating alone. The most important thing is to be impeccable when interacting with other people.

You must be impeccable in daily life.

How to recapitulate: first evoke the event, the scene, the feelings, then inhale. Through recapitulation, you will find that there is something you repeat over and over: you want to be loved, to be liked. Carol told Daien that she complained to don Juan: "Nobody loves me!" And Don Juan once asked her, "But, Carol, are you in love with someone?" She changed the subject, saying, "This is not the point!"

Instead, Carol told Daien, this is the point.

Daien said that she used to worry a lot because nobody loved her. This is what makes us incapable of feeling love.

Daien said that, before the seminar, she was worrying about what to say in the seminar. She asked the witches for help, but they didn't really help her. Finally, one of the witches (Taisha?) gave her advice, telling her that every word a shaman utters is a promise to the infinite.

The sorcerers read the wall of the infinite, this is not a metaphor. There are no metaphors in the world of the sorcerers.

Then Daien said that human beings are luminous balls with the assemblage point one arm's length behind. (She then extended her arm behind her, as Florinda did many times). She said they repeat this concept over and over because until our body understands it, we will not be able to retrieve our energy through magical passes. At the end of her lecture, Daien performed some passes from "The hot series" while explaining: you grab the energy as it flows in the universe and return it to your vital centers.

She ended her lecture saying that the only way we have to pay our debt to those who made these magical passes available to us is to perform them with delight.

Saturday Afternoon

Zaia Alexander's talk on "The essence of non-doings"

When Zaia and Miles execute the code together, they are called Zaio and Maila Trapezio. If their concentration falters, they are lost.

They feel a true affection between them.

Until not long ago, the 4 apprentices of Don Juan believed that non-doings were the weird and funny things they did. For example, Carlos used to wear the left shoe on his right foot and the right shoe on his left foot and walk down the street like that. Carlos remembers traveling through Mexico with Don Juan dressed in the funniest way, and the most astonishing thing was that no one noticed.

But recently, they understood that non-doings are something more. We can enjoy behaving in this funny way, but the essence of non-doings is to interrupt the flow of energy (?) And this is the effect of magical passes for non-doing.

The passes will give us the energy to change our behavioral patterns.

At this point, during the lecture, Zaia picked up a plastic bottle and placed it on her right side, passing it to her left side, and added: "this was a non-doing."

Sunday

Zaia mentioned that the new team this morning (the four of them together) was very powerful. It not only allowed us to bridge the gap between man and woman but also between people of the same gender. She said we had reached the goal of this seminar: we had truly moved the wheel of time.

She said the mass of this seminar was so generous with affection that they decided to change the program and teach us a new pass: The affection pass.

Then Daien Donner took the floor for a short talk. She said a warrior gives a blank check of affection to the other person who can write the desired amount (of money). That is the sorcerer's affection.

Then she called Reni Murez, who was with the staff, to the stage. She said it was Reni who taught this pass to the Energy Trackers, so she wanted Reni to show it to us as well.

They performed it twice together, then Daien and Zaia showed it to us along with Miles and Gavin.
